Time and again, the same stumbing blocks prevent success - and the same patterns very often lead to success. We just need to know what they are.

Our coaching privision is therefore focussed on support and advice for specific day-to-day business situations.

This means that the goals, sub-goals and common approach for that specific situation will be agreed with the coach.

A well-tested checklist is used to analyse the current situation jointly with the coachee. We use various teaching methods in combination and as a supplement to each other during individual coaching in order to promote efficient learning, and to minimise the pressure on time.

We can provide consultants who have gained experience and expertise at group/company board level themselves for this exercise.
