Our Organisation

Known locally as Odgers Berndtson A/S, our offices were established in Copenhagen in 1979 to provide executive search services to Denmark's leading organizations in the private and public sector. Today, the firm has eight partners and an overall staff of 29, working across all of Denmark's major sectors and coordinating international searches throughout the world.

Our Services

Because the executive search market in Denmark is relatively small, we work on a generalist platform, focusing on senior appointments from Chairman and CEO down to Board and Divisional leadership. Typical assignments include:
