Anna Ponton

Anna Ponton is Head of the UK Business and Professional Services practice at Odgers Berndtson based in London City Office. Her primary focus is on undertaking senior lateral hires of partners, specialist fee earners and key management staff for law firms and other partnerships. She also has an established track record in finding general counsel and other senior in-house lawyers for global players in commerce and industry.

An LLB graduate from the London School of Economics and a barrister, Anna has been involved in Executive Search in the Legal sector since 1987. She has previously worked with international names in the search business such as KPMG, AT Kearney and Stanton Chase International.
