Ashley Hobkinson

Ashley Hobkinson is a Partner in the South African office of Odgers Berndtson based in Cape Town. Working primarily in the Consumer Products, Telecommunications and Financial Services markets with a countrywide remit built on over ten years’ international executive search experience.

Ashley has developed a significant Retail practice completing “C” level assignments as well as HR, Logistics Planning and Senior Merchandising roles. He also heads the “Restless Minds” initiative, a program specifically aimed at increasing the level of “Black Economically Empowered” executive talent relocating to Cape Town.

Earlier he was a Director with Michael Page International launching their Sales & Marketing practice in South Africa; prior to this he worked in New York for 5 years establishing their East Coast executive recruitment business.

Ashley holds a BSc from the University of Leeds.
