Gay Charles

Gay Charles is a Senior Consultant in the Brussels office of Odgers Berndtson where she heads the Diversity Practice. She has been in the Belgium office since 1997 when she became Head of Research.

With over 30 years of experience in the Executive Search business, she has acquired in-depth company and functional knowledge across every sector, working on numerous cross-border, high-level searches for large international organizations in both the private and public sectors.  Gay has spent her entire career in recruitment.  Before joining Odgers Berndtson she worked as a Recruitment Officer for Agrer (consultants to Regional Development and the Agro-industries) for two years. She started her career at Spencer Stuart, where she worked her way up to International Research Associate.
