Richard Boggis-Rolfe is the Chief Executive of Odgers Berndtson.
He led the acquisition of Odgers International from its founder, Ian Odgers, in February 1998 and in early 2000 negotiated the acquisition of Odgers Berndtson, London to form Odgers Berndtson.
He began his career in executive search with Russell Reynolds Associates and became a director in their London office. He went on to spend fourteen years with Norman Broadbent International. He established Norman Broadbent's Hong Kong office as its first Managing Director and then started and managed NB Selection. Before establishing the International Resources Group, he was the Group Managing Director of BNB Resources plc, the parent company of Norman Broadbent. He was also Chairman of Barkers Human Resources, Goodman Graham, the specialists in technology recruitment, and ATC, a major international training company.
Richard was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge then served in the Coldstream Guards before attending the London Business School as a Sloan Fellow.
